At Bike Stop, we stand behind every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following terms:30-Day Return WindowYou have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return or exchange. The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.EligibilityTo qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition (no scratches, dirt, or signs of use on helmets or bikes).
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, charging accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Helmets must not have been worn (inner lining must be untouched).
- Electric dirt bikes must not have been ridden, started, or had the battery connected.
- The product must be returned with the original receipt or order number.
- Custom or personalized helmets
- Sale or clearance items
- Opened or used batteries/chargers
- Any product that has been modified or damaged by the customer
- Contact our support team within the 30-day window at support@bikestop.com (mailto:support@bikestop.com) or 9842799848 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense (we recommend insured shipping). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund including original shipping.
